Career Team is seeking an Employer Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business services team and ensure programmatic requirements and performance metrics are met. This role supervises staff and coordinates job development with employers to align job seekers with hiring needs.

Based in Deep East Texas, the onsite position reports to the Deputy Director. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory and 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with knowledge of the WIOA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of WIOA and workforce program requirements.
• Strong understanding of local labor market trends.
• Proven ability to develop community-focused solutions.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business services team.
• Coordinate job development activities with employers.
• Ensure programmatic requirements and performance metrics are met.
• Provide training and coaching to support marketing plan execution.
• Develop worksites and placements for work experience.
• Maintain high level of customer service and strong partner relationships.
