Job summary

Career Team is hiring a full-time WIOA Program Manager in the Deep East Texas Workforce Development Area to oversee Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Career Advisors and coordinate day-to-day operations. You will coach staff, manage enrollment and services, analyze performance with Work In Texas, and ensure accurate case records while keeping costs compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 2–4 years of proven management experience.
• Knowledge of WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth program operations and performance requirements.
• Strong business knowledge of customer service and performance management; experience in training and coaching.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills and commitment to accountability in quality environments.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Career Advisors.
• Approve enrollment applications and support services; oversee referral pathways.
• Lead program staff to meet performance goals and maintain accurate case records.
• Develop a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance with Work In Texas and report on activities.
