Job summary

University of Nevada, Reno seeks a highly organized Coordinator, Internship Programs to expand paid internship opportunities for students. You will cultivate employer relationships, coordinate sponsored initiatives, and manage documentation, reporting, and compliance across programs.

Reporting to the Nevada Career Studio Director, you will partner with employers, faculty, and campus stakeholders while supervising a graduate assistant and ensuring high-quality learning experiences aligns with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience; OR Master’s degree and one (1) year of related work experience.
• Experience in program coordination, management, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and admin functions of internship programs, including outreach, agreements, documentation, reporting, invoicing, and compliance.
• Coordinate program activities with employers, faculty, campus partners, and funding stakeholders.
• Supervise a graduate assistant and ensure successful implementation of internship initiatives.
