Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to advise students individually and in groups.
• Experience in counseling, advising, or student services is preferred.
• Ability to plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate programs and events.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and partner relationships with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the College internship program and employer engagement efforts.
• Advise students on internship exploration, application materials, interviewing, and workplace readiness.
• Develop and deliver workshops and career-readiness programming.
• Track and report on internships, experiences, and program outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and community partners.
