Career Team in Bowling Green, KY is hiring a Business Services Representative to connect the Kentucky Career Center with regional employers, securing WEX and OJT contracts and coordinating on-site and regional hiring events. You will ensure effective employer communication and drive workforce solutions for jobseekers and businesses.

• Advise employers on regional workforce trends and provide insights to help meet their hiring needs
• Gather input from employers regarding workforce challenges and opportunities to align services accordingly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional employers to foster trust and collaboration
• Secure WEX and OJT contracts with employers, ensuring opportunities align with participant goals and employer needs
• Regularly check in with employers to monitor participant progress during WEX or OJT placements
• On-Site Hiring Events: plan and conduct events with employers, manage logistics and candidate connections
• Regional Hiring Events: coordinate multi-employer events across the region with partners
• Kentucky Career Center Hiring Events: organize events at the career center, coordinating scheduling and logistics
• Promote all events through outreach to attract jobseekers and employer participation
• Serve as the primary contact for employers before, during, and after events
• Track employer participation, jobseeker attendance, interviews, and offers; follow up to improve outcomes
• Lead weekly meetings focused on employer assistance and event outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to employers and participants
