  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participating employers before, during, and after events; address logistical needs, provide responsive support, and ensure a professional experience for employers and jobseekers.
  • Track employer participation, jobseeker attendance, interviews, referrals, job offers, hires, and other available event outcomes; conduct timely employer follow-up and use results to improve future hiring events
Collaboration and Communication
  • Provide timely updates to Career Advisors regarding participant performance, hiring opportunities, event outcomes, and employer feedback
  • Lead a weekly meeting focused on employer assistance, hiring event planning, and event outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of workforce services to employers and participants

  • Previous experience in business outreach, workforce development, human resources, recruiting, or employer-facing event coordination
  • Familiarity with WEX, OJT, and other workforce development programs is a plus

This is an in-office role requiring frequent interaction with employers, team members, and community stakeholders, as well as travel to employer locations and regional hiring-event venues. The BSR must be adaptable and committed to fostering partnerships that benefit both jobseekers and employers.
