Job summary

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to support the Pennsylvania New Hire Reporting Program in the Harrisburg area. The role is full-time with a standard 8-hour day, primarily during core hours 9am–3pm, with additional time from 6am to 6pm ET, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

You will plan and execute outreach initiatives to improve employer compliance, develop educational materials, coordinate campaigns, and ensure accurate SLA reporting while safeguarding

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outreach, communications, or public relations experience.
• Familiarity with CWDS or similar workforce systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data securely.
