Job summary

Alegeus is seeking an Employer Implementation Lead in Maitland, FL. You will lead benefits onboarding projects, ensure smooth transitions to service, and maintain high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and accountability to empower employers and their employees. Required are 3+ years of related experience and familiarity with health benefits such as HRAs/HSAs/FSAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Background working with employer groups and third-party administrators.
• Familiarity with health insurance and consumer-directed benefits (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) highly preferred.
• Exposure to project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit onboarding projects (e.g., HSA, FSA, HRA), ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
• Ensure smooth transitions to service and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage internal ticketing queues within SLAs.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies and automation opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support escalations and special projects as needed.
• Champion accountability and innovation to empower employers to serve their people confidently.

• Lead benefit onboarding projects (e.g., HSA, FSA, HRA), ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and successful milestone completion while fostering strong employer relationships.
• Ensure smooth transitions to service, maintaining high client satisfaction, mitigating risks, and confirming successful fund transfers and asset reconciliation.
• Monitor and manage internal ticketing queues, resolving issues within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and automation opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support escalations and special projects, contributing to department-wide initiatives and client-specific workstreams as needed.
• Champion a culture of accountability and innovation, delivering seamless, success-focused experiences that empower employers to serve their people confidently.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

$53,000.00 - $90,400.00
