Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an Assistant Director to advance the CCPD’s strategic priorities through planning, coordinating, marketing, and executing employer engagement initiatives, signature events, and career expos.

You will build relationships with Eagle Career Champion Partners and other employers, coordinate visits, information sessions, and networking events, and support career expos across Daytona Beach, Prescott, and Worldwide campuses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in career services, employer relations, or event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with corporate partners, faculty, staff, and students.
• Experience coordinating employer engagement activities and recruiting programs.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate employer visits, sessions, and student engagement.
• Manage schedules for campus visits, interviews, and events.
• Lead major events like Career Expo and Boeing Week.
• Collaborate with CCPD and campuses to execute expos.
• Oversee marketing, communications, and promotional efforts.
• Support Student Ambassador Program and program assessment.
• Track outcomes and report to leadership.
