Responsibilities

• Build relationships with organizations seeking Wartburg talent and manage employer partnerships.
• Coordinate and participate in employer engagement visits on and off campus.
• Manage employer onboarding, records, and communications in Handshake and Knight Nation; track engagement metrics.
• Plan and execute career events such as career fairs, networking receptions, and industry panels.
• Collaborate with Career Connections Team to connect employers with student leadership and professional development programming.
