Arizona State University’s College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) on the Polytechnic campus seeks an Associate Director of Student Lifecycle Engagement to advance college-wide engagement strategies that strengthen alumni connection, career transition, and lifelong affiliation with CISA.

The role collaborates across ASSET, school directors, faculty, development and alumni partners, and requires travel among ASU campuses to support meetings, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years managerial experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience or training that provides comparable knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategy for student lifecycle engagement and alumni connection.
• Collaborate with employer engagement, marketing, and school partners to align lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop methods to track engagement activities and assess programm effectiveness.
• Participate in college and university-wide initiatives and meetings to advance collaborative outcomes.
