Astranis is seeking an Employee Success Partner (HR Business Partner) to act as a strategic consultant across the People Operations team. You will partner with leaders and staff to design organizational strategies, drive performance, and enhance the employee experience in a high-growth space startup.

You will guide on performance management, development, DEI, engagement, and organizational design while leveraging data to steer people initiatives and programs that align with business objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent professional certification

• Provide guidance and support on People-related topics including performance management, career development, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other key initiatives
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for all team members in the departments you support, from senior leaders to entry-level new hires
• Partner cross-functionally to execute scalable People programs, systems, and tools that support key business objectives and drive organizational excellence
• Implement and support People projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring that our team members love where they work
• Leverage organizational health data to identify key opportunities and inform overall strategy

• As an Employee Success Partner (more commonly known as HR Business Partner) on the People Operations team, you will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of Astranis.
• You will be a strategic business partner and consultant for leaders and individual contributors, helping build organizational strategies and solutions that will empower and enable everyone to do their best work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for people and the drive to positively influence the direction of a high-growth space startup
• Provide guidance and support on People-related topics including performance management, career development, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other key initiatives
