Job summary

GHP Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. The role focuses on intake, investigations, training, and supporting managers with HR issues across multiple properties.

You will lead harassment awareness training, onboarding for new hires, and partner with Legal on investigations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with local laws. This is a full-time on-site position in LA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience conducting employee-related investigations.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Experience conducting harassment, discrimination, and retaliation investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to train others and present to groups.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Travel locally to various property sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide investigations into employee-relations issues with fair, consistent guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain detailed investigative notes and conclusions.
• Prepare updates on investigation progress for key stakeholders.
• Train, coach, and develop teams on employee relations matters.
• Lead new hire onboarding and coordinate manager onboarding processes.
• Assist with coordinating special projects as needed.
