Qualifications

• 2+ years in employee relations, HR, or related function.
• Proven ability to resolve workplace conflict with fairness and diplomacy.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent judgment and ability to make sound, independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies and workplace expectations.
• Train, coach, and advise leaders on sensitive conversations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Investigate employee complaints, policy violations, and workplace concerns.
• Advise leaders on disciplinary actions, including progressive discipline and terminations.
