The role involves investigating employee relations issues, advising on resolutions, and serving as a subject-matter expert on employment laws.

Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to create legally sound solutions, supporting grievance processes, and providing data-driven insights to HR leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in employee relations or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates employee relations issues and recommends resolutions.
• Coaches leadership on employee relations practices and policies.
• Conducts harassment complaint investigations and prepares findings.
• Provides after-hours Employee Relations coverage as needed.
• Collaborates with HRBP and facility leadership to address complex cases.
