• 4–5 years of HR experience, with employee relations exposure preferred.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations matters across the organization.
• Partner with managers to address performance, attendance, conduct, and behavioral issues through coaching.
• Assist in investigations, including documentation, interviews, and follow-up actions while ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures for consistent application.
• Support corrective action processes including counseling and performance improvement plans.
