Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide confidential, tactical HR guidance to managers and employees.

You will lead investigations, advise on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination decisions, and coordinate with HRBPs, Labor Relations, and Legal teams to reduce legal risk. You will analyze data to identify trends, support performance management, and ensure policy interpretation aligns with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience.
• Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations, Required
• Proficiency in MS Office suite. Intermediate, Required
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Intermediate, Required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsabilités

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, developing investigation plans, conducting fair, neutral, and timely investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures and federal/state regulations.
• Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems.
• Manage employee relations matters by providing supervisors and managers with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/ Labor Relations/Legal Teams and other SMEs to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality Human Resources support for the company through performance management, mitigating risk in legal compliance, administration of relevant clauses/provisions within union Collective Bargaining Agreements (as applicable), employee communication, and collaboration with COEs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region.
• Travel as needed to company sites within supported region.
