Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR-related preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources with an emphasis on Employee Relations.
• Experience leading multiple, concurrent employee relations activities.
• Ability to review concerns holistically and diagnose root causes through active listening.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of policy, culture and laws to advise on resolution of employment issues.
• Conduct timely internal investigations including harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
• Resolve cases within SLA and provide a positive employee experience.
• Coach operations teams on workplace investigations, performance concerns and exit matters.
• Draft investigation documents and summaries as needed.
• Promote policy understanding and training related to employment laws.
