Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience focusing on employee relations, investigations, or compliance.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing findings.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong conflict resolution, interviewing, and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations, guiding concerns, policy interpretation, and conduct issues.
• Collaborate with management to address performance concerns, attendance issues, and conflicts.
• Provide expert consultation on corrective action, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation to foster positive team dynamics.
• Monitor trends in ER issues and recommend solutions to improve engagement and culture.
• Conduct thorough investigations into policy violations, misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics concerns, and other complaints.
