Monument Health in Spearfish, SD seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to help maintain a positive workplace by resolving conflicts and investigating grievances across Caregivers and HR Partners.

You will coach leaders on policy adherence, support disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labor laws, while partnering with HRBP to strengthen engagement, morale, and retention. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, labor relations, business administration or related field.
• Experience with employee relations or HR investigations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Review disputes, mediate conflicts, and conduct investigations into workplace complaints.
• Act as liaison between caregivers and leadership, assisting in resolution of work-related conflicts.
• Guide and approve coaching statements and disciplinary actions for consistency.
• Create and maintain disciplinary action templates for leaders.
• Support documentation for HR compliance and return-to-work issues.
