Grainger is seeking a Team Member Relations Specialist to partner with HR Advisors and drive positive team member relations across the organization. You will review sentiment, investigate concerns, and guide improvements while ensuring policy compliance and effective action.

This role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and communication across levels. A BA/BS or equivalent is preferred, with travel up to 20% and a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in employee relations preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
