Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Specialist, Employee Relations to resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and administer company policies. The role requires shifting schedules during training and launch phases, with a focus on fairness and timely resolutions.

The position involves partnering with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR IT, and other teams to implement strategic HR initiatives and ensure compliant processes across the Michigan facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Org Dev or related discipline.
• 4+ years in HR processes: compensation, employee relations, performance.
• 4+ years coaching, engagement, development, org planning.
• Strong business acumen with financial analysis.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance for strategy development and launch.
• Align HR processes to enable a competitive manufacturing framework.
• Collaborate with partners to drive HR delivery model improvements.
• Ensure quality of employee relations programs and engagement surveys.
