You will lead front-line HR advisory, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate across Payroll, Recruiting, and HR Tech to resolve employee inquiries and maintain data integrity.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3–5 years HR experience, strong Excel and HRIS (Oracle/Workday/SAP/Visier) proficiency, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Practical knowledge of federal and Kentucky state labor laws.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Oracle/Workday/SAP/Visier.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
