Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking an HR Compliance & Employee Relations role that is mostly remote, with travel to Melville, NY a few times yearly. Lead compliance programs, investigations, and corrective actions while upholding FMLA/ADA and other laws. Drive internal audits and process improvements to support a fair and compliant workplace.

You will partner with leadership to balance employee relations, policy enforcement, and business needs, while leveraging a flexible, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR compliance programs and employee relations.
• Ability to conduct investigations and manage corrective actions.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA and related laws.
• Experience conducting internal audits and process improvements.
• Remote-capable with travel to Melville, NY a few times per year.

• The position is remote and open to candidates in specific states, with travel to Melville, NY three times per year.
