Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Employee Relations Partner for a 12-month contract. You will advise business leaders, navigate complex workplace matters, and promote fair practices within a hybrid Santa Clara, CA or Remote-US environment.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders on performance, resolving employee relations issues, guiding involuntary terminations, and collaborating on reorganizations to mitigate risk while driving data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Employee Relations roles or as legal advisor.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, risk management, investigations.
• Experience with case management tools and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise on performance management and leadership coaching.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, complaints, misconduct.
• Coach on involuntary terminations and offboarding with MSAs.
• Consult on reorganizations with PBPs and Legal to mitigate risk.
• Lead process optimization projects and deliver ER analytics.
• Advocate for fair treatment aligned with company values.
