Job summary

Bendix, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, seeks an experienced HR leader to partner with NA operations and drive HR programs across production facilities. You will manage a team delivering HR services, shape workforce planning, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with business goals.

You will lead organizational development initiatives, leverage analytics to improve performance, and collaborate with senior management to optimize organizational capability across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, OD, or HRM.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in organizational processes in corporate/manufacturing settings.
• 5+ years leading staff.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing/Lean.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NA Operations leadership to align HR policies with business goals.
• Lead HR services delivery across production locations and central groups.
• Mentor and develop HR professionals and drive culture of integrity and inclusion.
• Use people analytics to guide talent decisions and workforce planning.
• Drive regulatory compliance and update management on policy changes.
• Act as HR contact for business projects and initiatives.
