Ford Motor Company\u00A0in Louisville is seeking a Plant HR Business Partner to support employee engagement, labor relations and compliance in a manufacturing environment. You will help foster a positive workplace, engage with hourly and salary staff, and partner with operations to drive cultural change.

You will drive lean HR practices, manage payroll-related processes, and collaborate with union representatives to ensure fair, compliant handling of contract terms and investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related discipline or commensurate work experience
• 1-3 years of relevant HR and/or labor work (internships will be considered)
• Must be able to work day or night shift; the position rotates across shifts

• What you\'ll do: Leverages knowledge of the business to develop relationships within their customer group (Operations) to identify solutions that drive sustainable cultural change and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Employee Engagement: Fosters a positive and inclusive hourly and salary employee experience through proactive initiatives based on feedback, DEI, recognition events, and PDCA methodology.
• Lean Methodology: Drive operational excellence by applying lean methodologies to elevate core HR functions in recruiting, training, contract administration, investigations, and more.
• Employee Communication: Partners with local communications staff to implement relevant communications across all shifts.
• Compliance: Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Community Engagement: Participates in charitable activities to support the plant\'s community engagement efforts.
• Data Analytics: Monitors workforce metrics to identify potential risks and deploy mitigating actions with Operations leaders.
• Labor Relations: Union Relations, Case Management, Payroll/Time and Attendance, Contract Interpretation, Discipline Administration, Investigations, Manpower Administration, Health and Safety

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related discipline

Master’s degree in Human Resources related discipline (MBA included)
