Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for ~350 hourly employees and front-line supervisors on-site.
• Provide coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and document findings in line with company standards.
• Support staffing discussions, workforce planning, and onboarding of new hires.
• Monitor retention trends and support actions to improve employee experience.
