Self Opportunity Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an Employee Relations Partner to advise managers and employees across brands, conducting investigations and reducing risk. This is a full-time, on-site role with regular business hours.

You will handle performance management, conduct impartial investigations, partner with Legal and HR leaders, and support responses to employment-related claims while helping build a positive workplace culture.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee relations experience in a large organization.
• Strong investigation, documentation and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment law.
• ADP experience.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary employee relations contact for assigned regions and brands.
• Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, attendance and conduct issues.
• Conduct impartial investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation and misconduct, and write up findings and recommendations.
• Partner with Legal and HR leadership on high-risk matters.
• Support responses to agency claims, unemployment hearings and wage and hour complaints.
• Track employee relations trends and recommend ways to reduce risk and improve culture.
