Oncor is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Investigator in Dallas, TX. This on-site role with hybrid flexibility requires guiding complex investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other matters with potential legal exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong business-oriented written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and NLRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across multiple units and locations.
• Conduct witness and subject interviews.
• Prepare defensible investigation reports.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Security.
• Support EEOC, NLRB, OSHA and agency matters.
• Testify in arbitration and administrative proceedings.
• Maintain confidentiality and attorney-client privilege where applicable.
• Influence disciplinary actions and policy changes.
• Deliver training on workplace investigations and anti-retaliation.
