Self Opportunity Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an Employee Relations Partner to advise managers and employees across brands, conducting investigations and reducing risk. This is a full-time, on-site role with regular business hours.

You will handle performance management, conduct impartial investigations, partner with Legal and HR leaders, and support responses to employment-related claims while helping build a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee relations experience in a large organization.
• Strong investigation, documentation and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment law.
• ADP experience.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Employee Relations Partner – Confidential Restaurant Group | Dallas, TX

Self Opportunity Inc. is partnering with one of the largest multi‑brand restaurant franchise organizations in the U.S. to hire an Employee Relations Partner. You’ll advise managers and employees across multiple brands and locations, building a positive workplace while reducing risk.

Schedule:

Full-time, on‑site, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

What You’ll Do
