Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred but not required for all candidates.
• Canadian HR or labour relations designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coaches managers on employee relations issues and corrective action.
• Handles investigations, grievance administration, and arbitration preparation.
• Interprets collective agreements and applies bargaining protocols.
• Maintains confidential case files and prepares reports for leadership.
