Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in employee relations or HR role.
• 3+ years in customer service environment.
• Knowledge of compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations.
• Experience building strong, effective business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supports leadership through unemployment hearings and post-employment actions.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements affecting employee relations and HR functions.
