Responsibilities

• Conduct impartial investigations into disciplinary matters, grievances, and discrimination.
• Manage grievance files and case records on a case management system.
• Develop workplace trainings on laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on litigation support.
• Monitor timelines and maintain grievance records.
