Mission Linen Supply in California is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead HR across multiple sites, driving performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee communications. You will be the front‑line expert on labor relations, including grievances, collective bargaining, and contract negotiations.

This onsite role requires hands‑on union experience and the ability to navigate state and federal regulations while partnering with management to support a stable, essential

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience (required).
• Direct experience working in a union workplace — grievances, collective bargaining, and contract negotiations (required).

• Reviews and approves employment actions, including counseling and terminations.
• Consults with management regarding appropriate handling of employee relations issues.
• Handles employee relations inquiries and complex matters.
• Participates in labor relations activities, including grievances and contract negotiations.
• Develops interdepartmental partnerships across the organization.
• Conducts HR training and information sessions.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies.
