Job Description
The Crew Relations Leader is responsible for partnering with our Restaurants and Leaders to provide support regarding Crew concerns (e.g., allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour violations). This role focuses on conducting fair, unbiased, and consistent investigations and supporting performance management.

Compensation:
Starting from [$101,000 - $117,000] annually plus additional incentives. The total compensation package may include a performance bonus, discretionary awards, and a full range of benefits such as medical, financial, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications.
Additional Information:
The physical work environment includes working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s in the community, traveling throughout the division, and time spent in our Restaurants. This involves working in a fast-paced kitchen, interacting with customers, and may include extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and working in varied temperatures with food products and allergens. Personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities are required.
