Job description

Job Title: Crew Relations Leader

The Crew Relations Leader partners with our Restaurants and Leaders to support Crew concerns, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour violations. This role conducts fair, unbiased investigations and supports performance management.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
  1. Promptly and objectively investigate Crew issues in collaboration with business partners, adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards, including managing the end-to-end investigation process, documenting, reporting, and maintaining confidentiality.
  2. Support crisis situations in partnership with internal teams.
  3. Analyze data to identify systemic issues and propose recommendations.
  4. Assist the company in responding to claims and charges from regulatory or administrative agencies.
  5. Facilitate performance management of Crew through coaching, feedback, and redirection.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or employment compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • High discretion with confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable for multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in a growth restaurant, customer, or retail company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Starting from $101,000 - $117,000 annually plus incentives, with additional benefits including bonuses, medical, financial, paid time off, and more. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Additional Information:

This role involves working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s in the community, traveling, and time spent in our Restaurants. It includes physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, working in varied temperatures, and using protective equipment. All information is kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
