Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, and policy administration. You will partner with leaders to ensure fair, compliant practices and to strengthen organizational integrity.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will manage EthicsPoint workflows, develop policies, coach executives, and advance a People First culture across the organization based in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and writing formal reports.
• Ability to interpret laws, guidelines, and policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience drafting handbooks and policies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
• Lead workplace investigations and coordinate EthicsPoint complaints.
• Coach leaders on performance management and respectful workplaces.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
• Track case outcomes and recommend corrective actions.
