  • Progressive experience resolving complex employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary resource for employee relations matters, guidance to leaders and employees on workplace concerns, conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
  • Balance accountability, fairness, employee dignity, and organizational needs in all decisions.
  • Partner with leaders to resolve issues through coaching and proactive intervention.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations dashboards and reports, analyze trends and risks.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement and culture.
  • Lead the development, revision, and communication of HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
