Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager, Client Services to guide the Client Services Center through complex employee relations matters and investigations.

You will partner with managers, deliver training on HR policies, ensure compliance, and lead performance-management initiatives while maintaining a respectful, high-performing workplace. Responsibilities include handling investigations, background checks, and confidential problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, coaching, investigations and actions with compliance.
• Advise managers on HR policies and provide training on employee relations topics.
• Oversee compliance, systems, and HR processes including harassment training and background checks.
• Support culture, performance management, and consistent HR practices.
