Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Irving, TX is seeking an Employee Relations Manager, Client Services to lead employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management within the Client Services Center.

You will partner with managers and staff to provide guidance, ensure policy compliance, and mitigate risk through consistent, thoughtful decision-making, while coaching and training teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and strong organizational attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential matters.
• Technical proficiency with Excel, HRIS, report writing, and related HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee relations matters including coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into employee concerns and prepare investigation reports.
• Prepare and review employee relations documentation such as corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
• Advise and coach managers on policies, performance management, discipline, and other employment-related matters.
• Develop and deliver manager training on employee relations topics and oversee related learning programs.
• Manage systems related to employee relations, including the learning management and background check systems, and partner with Employment Counsel on compliance issues.
