Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Investigative experience in corporate security, HR investigations, or law enforcement.
• Strong interviewing, crisis de-escalation, emotional intelligence, and threat assessment.
• Meticulous report-writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, triage, investigation, and action determination for threat and assault cases across U.S. manufacturing and parts distribution sites.
• Oversee investigations and ensure performance and results; manage staffing, discipline, and pay decisions.
• Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of complaints; collaborate with HR leadership.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and clear communications; provide policy guidance and compliance insights.
