Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI is seeking an Employee Relations and Threat Investigations Manager. This leadership role oversees intake, triage, investigation, and action determination of threat and assault cases across U.S. manufacturing and parts distribution sites.

The Manager leads investigations, ensures fair, timely resolutions, and guides policy and compliance while partnering with HR and other teams. The role is hybrid, based in Dearborn, with onsite four days a week and some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, equivalent work experience may be considered.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Investigative experience, corporate security, human resources investigations, or law enforcement
• Strong objective interviewing, crisis de-escalation, emotional intelligence, threat assessment, meticulous report-writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, triage, investigation, and action determination of threat and assault cases across U.S. sites.
• Ensure reports are addressed promptly, reviewed carefully, and handled appropriately.
• Oversee case documentation, communication, and investigations with HR leadership and other teams.
