Job summary

Ford Motor Company is building a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan. You will lead HR strategy and employee relations for a high-growth transformation, driving alignment with partners while delivering data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes change management, manufacturing HR experience, and the ability to work across shifts and functions to support a major electrification program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline required.
• 6+ years HR processes including compensation, salaried and hourly employee relations.
• 5+ years coaching, engagement, development and workforce planning.
• Strong business acumen with financial analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance for the BlueOval Battery Michigan team from planning to launch and implementation of business strategy.
• Align HR processes to enable a competitive Battery Manufacturing framework and positive employee experiences.
• Drive strategic alignment with partners on the HR Delivery Model and improve processes for high-quality employee relations.
• Ensure quality of employee relations programs including engagement surveys and cross-functional collaboration.
