The CME Group in New York seeks an Employee Relations Manager to support programs that reinforce culture and employee experience. You will conduct reviews, investigations, and serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers and HR teams.

You will coach managers on performance, handle complex investigations, and partner with Legal counsel to ensure policy alignment while maintaining an open, inclusive workplace. NY office site lead responsibilities included.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years in a professional HR function
• Strong knowledge of performance management coaching and investigations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with management and employees at all levels
• Google proficiency and exposure to Workday or other HRMS
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Aufgaben

• Empower and coach managers to build high-performing, accountable teams and apply CME Group policies across the company
• Provide proactive guidance on employment-related matters to HR leadership
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters and investigations with objectivity and empathy
• Serve as the primary HR contact for the New York office and site lead for local employees
• Handle offboarding activities for departing employees
• Manage the company's unemployment insurance claims
