Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HR management, business administration, communication, or related field, with 5+ years HR experience.
• OR Two-year degree in business administration with HR focus, 10 years HR experience.
• HR Certificate preferred or obtainable within three years of hire.
• Knowledge of personnel administration principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee/labor relations consultation.
• Conduct investigations into harassment claims with documented processes.
• Advise leadership to resolve employee issues and improve performance.
• Maintain knowledge of legal/regulatory employment issues.
