Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking an Employee Relations Investigator to independently lead complex workplace investigations across discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations. You will own investigations from intake to closure and help shape policies, processes, and practical employee relations frameworks with HR and Legal collaboration.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, with active bar membership not required, and periodic travel to company locations up to 10%.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Active bar membership is not required.
• Experience independently conducting complex workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex workplace investigations from intake through written findings.
• Draft, review, and update employee relations policies and guidance.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR and Legal on interim measures and follow-up.
• Develop practical frameworks, playbooks, and workflows for consistency.
