Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Team Member Relations Specialist to support a positive, guest-first culture. You will handle inquiries, guide supervisors on policies, and assist with investigations and conflict resolution.

You will coordinate onboarding and HR processes, maintain confidential records, and support performance and recognition programs while partnering with leaders to promote engagement and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases and inquiries.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and coach supervisors.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience documenting investigations and maintaining records.
• Coordination of onboarding and orientation processes.
• Support for performance management activities.
• Proficiency with HRIS and accurate data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and consult with supervisors on HR matters.
