Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an organized Employee Relations Coordinator to join the HRBP team. The role provides centralized support for employee relations case administration, transfers, and reporting across HITT’s national footprint.

You will maintain HRBP data, coordinate onboarding audits, and support talent programs while handling confidential information with discretion in a fast‑paced environment. The position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years of Human Resources experience (may leverage additional work experience in lieu of a degree)
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws such as FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong investigative skills and prior experience with workplace investigations
• Possess strong conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Keen attention to detail with ability to track multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized coordination and operational support for the HRBP team, including maintaining team trackers and deadlines
• Coordinate termination documentation and narratives for all exiting team members
• Serve as central coordinator for internal team member transfers and relocations; prepare letters and manage Workday transactions
• Maintain and audit HRBP data, metrics, and tracking tools; support Board reporting
• Audit 30/60/90 onboarding process and provide weekly metrics reporting
• Monitor adoption of the HITT Experience App for new hires and report participation
• Serve as primary contact for sourcing and tracking documents for external employee relations matters
• Support development of metrics for the annual employee engagement survey
• Liaise with Recruiting on rehire eligibility and offers
• Conduct exit and stay interviews to improve the employee experience
• Support additional HRBP initiatives and projects
