Inova Health System, a leading nonprofit healthcare provider in Northern Virginia, seeks an Employee Relations Consultant to lead high-stakes investigations and advise the Senior Leadership Team on complex matters. The role collaborates with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliant resolutions and drives training initiatives across HR.
The position supports HR Operations in managing anonymous hotline complaints, partnering with HRBPs and compliance teams to ensure thorough, timely processes
The Employee Relations Consultant is deployed via the HR Operations team to manage and investigate highly sensitive Employee Relations issues, including but not limited to cases of sexual harassment, discrimination, and fraudulent behavior. Serves as the primary investigator on any matter involving any member of the Senior Leadership Team which includes all Vice Presidents and above. Manages all anonymous complaints received through the Team Member Hotline, collaborating closely with the Human Resources Business Partners and the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure thorough investigations and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
